The Reset (5 minutes)

1) Name it (Belief Check)
What do I believe right now about my life, myself, and my future?

2) Prove it (Evidence Check)
Where has belief already worked in my life—and what beliefs am I currently living out?

3) Speak it (Words)
Say out loud & write down the belief I am choosing to live into.

4) Align it (Next Step)
What is one action in the next 24 hours that proves this belief is real?

5) Do it (Action)
Complete the action. No negotiation.
